When looking for a winter wreath to welcome the holidays and celebrate the season, it’s wise to pick something that will last. We had this in mind when crafting our evergreen wreaths, and right away, we eliminated spruce because even though it’s commonly used for Christmas, it sheds almost immediately. And if you bring it inside or closer to the fireplace, it’s a hot mess. We want to focus on the enjoyment part of the holidays and bring you something carefree and beautiful that will look great for weeks. Arborvitae does not shed at all, long pine needles are pretty safe too, and dried flowers are everlasting! And everything is responsibly crafted and comes from your neighbourhood – our farm!

TERMS OF OF SERVICE – WINTER WREATH :
- We offer large and medium-sized winter wreaths, handmade using ingredients from our farm. The mix of low to none shedding evergreen, grapevine, and our dried flowers are tied with raffia and decorated with a simple ribbon. Once the ribbon and/or a wire loop for hanging are removed, the entire wreath is compostable. Winter wreaths can be wrapped in kraft paper per request at no extra cost. (The pictured arrangements have the intent to show an example of some types of ingredients and styles one might expect. The winter wreaths are made to order and are one-of-a-kind creations, therefore, there will be many variations in our production, and the wreath arrangements will continue to change.)
- At this time, a winter wreath can be purchased with scheduled pick-up or scheduled delivery if you are in UXBRIDGE, PORT PERRY, MT ALBERT, EAST GWILLIMBURY, NEWMARKET, AURORA, STOUFFVILLE, SUNDERLAND, KESWICK, and GEORGINA. If opting for scheduled delivery, the costs are minimal as they are shared between the group receiving the wreaths the same day, and there will be no additional charges at the checkout. If opting for a scheduled pick-up from our farm, you will receive the exact address once you complete your order. We are located in rural Uxbridge, hamlet of Zephyr, and our farm shop will be open on the dates indicated above.
- If you wish your winter wreath to be delivered on another preferred date, it must be ordered at least two days before delivery, keeping in mind that we deliver Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery on weekends and statutory holidays. Should you miss ordering in time, you can still email us at info@oldbarnflowerfarm.com to inquire about the last-minute order. While we will always try to accommodate everyone, we make no guarantees.
- In case you (or the recipient) are not at the address at the time of delivery, we will leave the wreath in the area around your front door unless otherwise instructed. Recipients in apartment and condo buildings, please make sure we can deliver to your unit and that it is OK to leave the wreath in front of your door if you are not at home. We cannot be responsible for a missing wreath.
- We keep in touch with our customers. We send out email messages containing useful tips on how to care for your arrangements, or when in season, what kind of flowers you may expect in the upcoming weeks and months and any interesting bits on our sustainable, local production, which you are so graciously supporting. You can opt out of these messages at any time.
- By purchasing a dried flower wreath from us, you agree with the Terms of this service.
