A part of sourcing wedding flowers on a tight budget and opting for wedding flower packages is being okay with what’s in season. For example, offering anemones in August or dahlias in June is not possible. Therefore, our packages are built with the flowers that are blooming in our field at the time of your wedding. To conclude, you may always send us a message at the checkout; however, we cannot promise that we’ll have that particular flower. What we can promise is that among 300 different plants we are growing this season, we will prepare gorgeous and super-fresh flower arrangements for your special day.

Yes, we can! When our field is producing abundantly, we offer DIY flower buckets to anyone who likes to play with beautiful blooms. This option is great for folks hosting events, including smaller weddings, who have the time, skills and passion for arranging flowers themselves. If you don’t see anything in stock, you can still email us at info@oldbarnflowerfarm.com to inquire about ordering fresh wedding flowers online. We may be able to put out some buckets of flowers for you.

For LGBTQ2S+ couples and all couples, no matter how much you’d like to follow a tradition or not, no matter how you what to organize your wedding ceremony and party, we are here to support you. And just because custom arrangements are not offered through a package, it doesn’t mean that you can’t get wedding flowers on a tight budget if that’s something important to you. Whatever your big day requires, we can build it up or build it down.

We are careful not to overbook simply because we are a small operation. We want to dedicate ample time to producing the most beautiful wedding arrangements for each order. Our wedding flower packages are priced without delivery, meaning they are expected to be picked up at our farm in Uxbridge. However, we can arrange a delivery for you if you email us prior to purchasing your package to tell us where the location is to price the delivery charges accordingly. If that were an acceptable option for you, we would post a new package + delivery offer to complete your purchase. We typically deliver to Uxbridge, Port Perry, Mt Albert, Newmarket, Aurora, Stouffville, Sunderland, Keswick, and Georgina, but we can go outside this scope for wedding flowers orders.

We understand that sometimes it can happen that we buy things mistakenly, so we do offer a full refund on wedding flower packages within the first 48 hours of making a purchase. In the event of later cancellation, you can still cancel your order by notifying us at least two weeks before your wedding date; however, the refund will not be issued in full. We keep the 35% of the purchase for the work and the material already in place for your order and the potential loss of revenue for not taking other orders to serve you. We do not extend refunds for last-minute cancellations. In case your flowers are not picked up on the scheduled date, we will donate them. When buying fresh wedding flowers online from us, we plan to hand them over to you the morning of your event. They are typically picked from our field only a day or two before to offer you the freshness you cannot get from those imported sources. We then condition them, arrange them, and package them perky and hydrated for pickup or delivery. You can get them a day before, too; you will just need to keep them fresh yourself, which is not too difficult as long as you are prepared for it. For example, wearable flower arrangements such as boutonnières or corsages will have to be kept in the fridge and away from fruits and vegetables, while the vase arrangements require fresh water, cool and dark space. We can provide more details when the time comes if this is the option you are going for.
